Returns We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you may return it within 15 days of receipt for a refund or exchange, subject to the following conditions: Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging. Any item that has been used, damaged, or altered is not eligible for return. Returns must be initiated within 15 days of delivery. Custom or special-order items are non-refundable unless defective or damaged upon arrival.

Receive Return Authorization:We will provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and instructions on how to return the product. Ship the Item: Pack the item securely and send it to the address provided. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
3. Refunds Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed within 5-10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Shipping charges are non-refundable. If the return is due to our error (e.g., defective or incorrect item), we will cover the return shipping costs.
4. Exchanges We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you need an exchange, contact us within 7 days of receiving the product.
5. Non-Returnable Items The following items are not eligible for return: Custom-made dental instruments. Used or opened sterile products. Clearance or final sale items.
